Every March, we celebrate International Women’s Month, a time to honor and celebrate the contributions of women who inspire us, across a broad range of interests and professions. As a female founded and operated company, this women’s empowerment is particularly meaningful to us at SENREVE, and we look forward to highlighting women from our Ambassador community this month. Meet Shay Lin


Tastemaker and SENREVE Ambassador based in London. What does International Women’s Month mean to you?
International Women’s Day is a powerful reminder of our strength, resilience, and limitless potential. It’s about celebrating confidence, empowerment, and the journey toward equality.

In what ways do you aim to celebrate and uplift women?
I celebrate and uplift women by creating a platform that encourages self-expression and confidence through style. By sharing authentic stories and relatable experiences, I hope to inspire women to embrace their individuality and pursue their dreams fearlessly.

How does your femininity influence your style?
My style is a reflection of femininity—soft yet bold, elegant yet effortless. I love blending delicate details and timeless silhouettes with more unisex and androgynous pieces, creating looks that celebrate the beauty of being a woman while embracing strength and confidence in every form.

What women inspire you?
I’m inspired by women who are unapologetically themselves—independent, confident, and unafraid to show their vulnerability. They remind me that true strength lies in embracing both our power and our softness.

What does International Women’s Month mean to you?
It's a month to celebrate and remember what makes being a woman so amazing. We are multifaceted beings who are able to do it all at the drop of a dime.

In what ways do you aim to celebrate and uplift women?
Through my work as a digital creator. Sharing my life learnings and insights in turns help other women to step into who they are as boldly as they can. In my personal life, I aim to always be a girl's girl, to always look out for my family, for my friends, and to be there when they need me the most.

How does your femininity influence your style?
More than I expected lol. It's something that I weave into different aspects of my personal style while also exploring different pieces that help to amplify what I feel on any particular day.

What women inspire you?
Oooooo, this would be a long list if I had all the characters BUT, I will say my late mother and my beautiful younger sister. They have shown me (past and present) the meaning of resilience and love (in action). They inspire me to continue to be the best version of myself I can be.

International Women’s Month is a celebration of strength, resilience, and progress. It’s a moment to honor the women who have paved the way for us and a reminder of our collective responsibility to uplift and empower the next generation.

In what ways do you aim to celebrate and uplift women?
I celebrate and uplift women by championing their voices, supporting their ambitions, and creating spaces where they feel seen and valued. Through my blog and social channels, I inspire women to embrace creativity, dress fashionably, travel the world, and most importantly, be authentically themselves.

How does your femininity influence your style?
My femininity is a reflection of both softness and strength, and my style embodies that balance. I love blending structure with fluidity, boldness with elegance—using fashion as a form of self-expression that embraces every facet of who I am.

What women inspire you?
I am endlessly inspired by my mom and sister—their strength, grace, and resilience shape who I am today. I also draw inspiration from all the women who came before me, whose sacrifices paved the way for my opportunities. Their struggles have allowed me to stand where I am, and I hope to do the same for others through both my actions and words.

It’s a time to celebrate women's strength, acknowledge their achievements, and reflect on the progress still needed for equality. It’s a day to appreciate the women who inspire me and remind myself to keep pushing for a more inclusive world.

In what ways do you aim to celebrate and uplift women?
I celebrate and uplift women in fashion by supporting female designers, brands, and entrepreneurs who are making a difference in the industry. I make an effort to amplify their voices and showcase their work, whether through social media, word-of-mouth, or simply appreciating their creativity. I also aim to create a space where women feel confident in their personal style, encouraging individuality and authenticity. By wearing and supporting women-led fashion, I hope to contribute to a more inclusive, diverse, and empowered fashion world.

How does your femininity influence your style?
It helps me embrace confidence and individuality, allowing me to express strength and self-assurance through my choices.

What women inspire you?
I’m inspired by Coco Chanel, a true icon. Chanel revolutionized women's fashion by introducing simplicity, elegance, and the concept of casual chic. Her timeless designs are still celebrated today. Also I admire Anna Wintour for her performance as the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue. Anna has shaped the fashion industry for decades, championing new designers and setting trends globally, and I’m truly impressed by her work. Last but not least, Audrey Hepburn, known for her timeless elegance and classic style, is someone I often resonate with. Audrey remains a symbol of grace and sophistication, often associated with chic simplicity.
