Our Pop-Up Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your latest SENREVE purchase. If for any reason your expectations were not met, we will happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your original purchase date if your item was purchased at full price. All security tags and protective stickers must remain on the bag you wish to return/exchange.

Items purchased with a discount are not eligible for returns. Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of your original purchase date for items of the same value or higher.
