Delivery within US:
Enjoy Complimentary US Ground Shipping on US orders over $300. US Ground Shipping is available for a $15 flat fee for any US orders below $300. We ship via UPS within the United States. We currently do not ship to PO boxes. For any specific inquiries, please email hello@senreve.com and we will follow up with you shortly.

Returns from within US:
Full-priced, new, unworn merchandise with the original tags and protective stickers still attached may be returned within 30 days upon receiving your order. Items marked as EXCHANGE ONLY may be returned for another SENREVE item of the same value or store credit, no refunds. Items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. You can initiate a return or an exchange HERE. For US orders placed on or after February 21, 2023, a $15 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. The return fee is waived for orders returning for a partial refund, an exchange or store credit (Gift Card), and for Octopi Club Legends and Icons.

Delivery outside of US:
Enjoy Complimentary International Express Shipping via DHL on all orders over to most countries outside of the United States, with the exception of China (excluding Hong Kong) and Russia. For our clients in China, please visit our China website. We currently do not ship to Russia.

A USD30 returns processing fee will be deducted your refund for all non-US returns. The return fee is waived for orders returning for a partial refund, an exchange or store credit (Gift Card), and for Octopi Club Legends and Icons.
